this is just an aftermarket part for your car as any other aftermarket part for a car.
oem is guaranteed to work, and aftermarket parts are not always guaranteed.
i wouldn't know if it is crap, but i dont see why it should be soo bad.

 

A few of the crappier UDPs made for our cars have been troublesome. Most cause oil leaks and crap. Just save your money and get one thats tried and proven, so you dont have a headache later down the road.
