Hey Guys,
I've been using Eagle-1 Leather conditioners and cleaners. They do a good job, but since my seats are a dark color they seem to dry out really fast. And I can't stand it looking dull. I also armor-all the seats, I've tried turtle 2000 and was not to happy with the powdery film that appears, not to mention it gets all over your clothes afterwards. If anyone has any suggestions how to make them shine with-out all the disappointment I’d love to hear it. Thanks guys…

Try Lexol conditioners
Eagle-One is decent stuff. However, give Lexol Conditioner a try for your car--you might have better luck with it. I've used Eagle-One and I personally like Lexol product better, as it has minimal greasy afterfeel. Apply Lexol conditioner to your seats (first use Lexol cleaner or your Eagle One cleaner if the leather is dirty, or just use damp cloth to wipe the leather), let the conditioner sit for 15 minutes, then reapply another coat of Lexol conditioner, let it sit overnight, if possible, then buff the leather with a clean dry cloth the next day. Reapply the conditioner every couple of weeks, initially, to get your leather soft again, and then you can back of to every month or so to maintain it. However, once your leather is beyond help, it's hard to get it soft and supple again. Good luck.
