Those newer SE-R's may not be anything all that special, but the older ones were awesome.
They were called the Bluebird overseas and they would fly.
My uncle has an old 90 SE-R Sentra, and it is just silly fast....and I have a pretty fast Maxima.

 

why didnt you just buy the R34 wing they had one on ebay not to long ago for like $100+ IMO that would look alot better. just a suggestion

I too would suggest just going with a real r34 wing, IMO it looks a lot better than the Cobra one. Seriously, even on the Cobra it looks out of place ...

Damn everday I read these forums, it seems like people are just doing more silly things with their cars when it comes to looks.

 

could get away with it, if you had a r34 front clip to convert the frontend, it might look silly with just the custom maxima skyline bumper. try it out, who knows.

 

i dont like it.... sorry. i dont like the fact that it is so tall and that the legs are at an angle. at 1st i thought it was a photoshop cause it jus looks so outta place. i would recomend something smaller like a type 2 spoiler or stock.

wings dont win trophies unless it actually looks good. they dont just give out trophies cause you have a wing. it actually has to look good. (if possible)

those tail lights look good tho, i woulda liked em more if the inner tails looked a lil different. i dont like the clear on the bottom. it woulda looked better if it was a clear circular center.

sadler had no wing and his max was one of the nicest around, and it won several awards. same with aafario (sp?)

wow that's a tall spoiler... i had the R34 spoiler on my max before the top lip cracked off. i dunno... max's don't look right w/o a spoiler. to each his own. good luck! at least his max won't look like every other visual modded max...

i disagree, i think if you took the time, with the kit, tails,(Don't really agree with wing), and maybe a little custom body work if you were crazy about it, you could have pretty close to a 4dr gtr look...just my opinion though...

Heh, I figured the response would turn out this way. Im tired of looking like every other maxima on the road. Now I wont normally knock someones car because I take it as the talent and your own creativeness is what makes your car you. I like Big Wings, I like Rice if its done nice. I like the Import Racer look when a car is clean. Its crazy, its Outragious. Im tired of the smooth look. I like what ppl dont think you wouldve done. Now in person, this looks a lot better. Alot of ppl have told me it isnt actually bad. Why? Because I have a clean car and its not a piece of crap. I like Hondas also, crazy eh?

Then there is the big wing situation. It seems like alot of the car owneres on here just follow what others say about things. He dont like big wings, so I dont either. I think the skyline in 2 Fast 2 Furious was hot, Big *** aluminum wing and all. But thats my opinion. But hey, thanks for the response, that way I can see what the ppl think. Now I would have to move to a diffrent community of non maxima drivers to probably get ppl to actually agree with it. Thanks again

u can still be different and look good. Type II spoiler looks REALLY Good, even better than stock clean look, heck, go custom with skyline or cobra wing but thats ridiculously too high....

but as long as u happy, thats what counts in the end

ummm...that is what he is doing.....he is putting that wing on there with people not wanting him to...sound like he is doing what he wants. i dunoo if it will look to good. kinda a boxy wing that i do not think would look good with the boxy back end of a maxima. it just does not fit the trunk lid. but hey man post pics when you are done and suprise us all

The only thing worse than making a car look like a car it isn't (Fiero -> Ferrari, NSX -> Ferrari, etc.) is putting a huge whale tale on a front wheel drive car. I actually think that Satan smiles when people do it.

What you're accomplishing is spending a great deal of money on a surefire way to lose resale on your car, all the while inviting the scorn and ridicule of everybody who sees your car, save the 19-year old greasy ricer in his civic who probably thinks that "Wow ur ride is phat lol".

Notice how the rear wing suits the car? It has the angles that match the C pillar as well as the thickness. Some people will either like it or hate it and so what I'm trying to say is that if your guts tell you that the Mustang wing feels good on your car then go for it. IMO I would have something similar to the MB Evo II.
