idling high at times

SOmetimes when i start the car my rpms is at 1300 and after tem fifteen minutes it settles downto about 750rpms. ALso at times when im driving the idle seems to stick at certain rpms. My sspeedometer does the same. HELPPPPPPPPPP

adjusting idle speed
go to this site under maintance real easy to do i just did it after puting in cai http://web2.airmail.net/scutchen/max_faq/
