i guess just looking at your mileage differences on both of your cars, i can now understand and see why you're on MAXIMA.ORG instead of a GRAND CHEROKEE site.

We need another sub forum for this place.

No disrespect to anyone, just think this and the previous one is getting out of hand.

Seeing all the attention a female could garner, I'd ask my grandma to post. Now, that is going to be UNIQUE and UNUSUAL :-)

Finally, although it has been said many times, many ways ... welcome Ms. Maxima.

maximan98 -

the Max was originally my bro's since he leased it new in '98, gave it to me for a short time in '02, reclaimed it as his Fall '02 until spring '04 and finally gave it back to me, when I leased my Grand Cherokee b4 xmas, I wasn't planning on getting the Max back until earlier this year, when he decided to fix his Passat and drive that back to Chicago, and finally give me the Max. so the Max for me is a free and xtra car, the Jeep I'm paying for, and I do drive both, and both I enjoy and take care of very well, and both will eventually be modded once i have more $$ saved. So far yet I haven't had anything go majorly wrong w/ the Jeep, just the usual maintenance. The Max on the other hand, i shelled out nearly $1,000 in repairs/maintenance this summer to undo my brother's neglect, and I'm still not done w/ the Max repair/maintenance-wise just yet. So both cars are in fact mine, just a 6-year age diff. b/w the 2, and my brother does drive quite a bit which also explains the 6-digit mileage on the Max. Fall '02 when he took back the Max, it had just over 82K on the odo and was in immaculate shape. Fast-forward to Spring '04 and an add'tl 23K added to the odo, bringing it to 105K in unrecognizable shape when he finally gave it back. Don't get me wrong or anything, I'm still an avid fan of Maximas, just that I have another car to go w/ the Max.

LOL...liar. YOU thought of that..and actaully the license plate I want is the 9/11 one with the flag background and you can only put 6 letters on it, which means maxipad wouldnt fit, so THERE. I think it's gonna say MsMax, not sure though, any ideas are welcome

It's not very hard to do online..and how do you expect to ever have a gf or a wife if you won't talk to girls?? Unless you are gay then I guess that's acceptable..then again gay guys are a girls best friend..

Ms. Maxima what do you think of long-distance relationships? What I mean is that I met someone over the summer thru a friend, and she asked about me and I ran into her other friend and she had relayed the message so her friend gave me that girl's # and we've chatted a few times. She lives around my area, but went back to college this fall and her college is about an hour or so from where I live. Do you think it could work b/w me and this person?

Oh definitely. An hour is NOT really that long of a drive..
But really it all depends on what kind of person you are. If you are the kind of guy that can't control himself just because his girlfriend is away, then a long distance relationship is not for you. You also have to be patient and willing to take the time to call her more often (since thats your only way of communication sometimes) and willing to make the hour trip a few times a month to go see her..And she also has to be that kind of person in return, it works both ways.
