how to tell FED/CALI spec??

guyz i got 99 SEL how to tell if my car is FED or CALI im trying to get y-pipe from budget

Open the hood and look near the top of the radiator. You'll see 2 plugs if it's fed and 4 if it's cali.

Your 99 SE-L should be Cali.
