Replacing O2 sensors

Hi All,

I going through the Max., 97 with 126K on it. I am replacing fluids and a few sensors related to coolant and temp. I picked up a Haynes manual for the car and was flipping through when I came to the O2 sensors. My question is this, with 126K on the clock should I replace the sensors? I have had no problems with the car and no codes related to the sensors. Is this a waste of a couple of hundred bucks? The Haynes gives no indication on time schedule with changing them.

TIA,
Paul

Unless you get a CEL or codes, leave them.
