LEDS :o
Good day everyne. I'm looking to upgrade most of my 98 maxima lights to LEDs.
Corner lights, sidemark lights, clearnace side lights (thats the one next to main headlights), and reverse lights for backing up.
Can anyone get me pictures of how some or all of these lights look with LEDs instead of normal bulbs. Is LEDs better then normal lighting..should I do it or stick to original bulbs? What LEDs are the best or which ones should I get?
Any input would be great

Without submitting a novel! Do some reading yourself, because ultimately you're going to decide for yourself.
Here's some stuff to go on:

i saw some clearance light bulbs with 30 leds in them on superbrightleds.com i believe it was... and araffio had "custom 30 led clearance lights" are they the same thing?
would you recommend converting to bulbs like those over rewired bulbs? have been wondering this for some time and it may help out the thread a bit...

Araffio had totally custom lights (leds mounted on plexyglass or glued right inside the housing).
The big drawback of LED bulbs is that they do not "fill up" the housing with light like ordenary bulb does, but rather shoot a blob of light in one direction at a narrow angle. Therefore it looks stupid in my opinion when in big tail light you get only spot of redlight when you step on the brakes, for example.
However, on the last meet I saw a max that had those LED wedge bulbs. In DC clears he had yellow LED bulb and it did rather a good job filling in the housing. However, same wedge bulb in his tails gave rather blobs of light and did not look so good as it did up front.
One more thing, in order to avoid faster blinking, you will need to add a resistor to the stock wiring as well.
