DR switch problems

has anyone that has done the DR mod have their switch break on them? i was coming home earlier today and after a short jaunt my car kept shifting hard all the time. i looked at the switch and it snapped. just wondering if anyone else had the same problem.

Most in not all of those type of switches are small, and pretty flimsy, so I'd believe its possible, mine hasn't gone yet, but I just put it a few days ago. It's what a 3 dollar item? Make sure, if its a WOT switch, that when WOT, its not flexing or straining too much on anything.

yeah, i checked that. they are like 5 bux for 4 switches at radioshack so i'm not worried about it. i might have to bend the bracket down just a millimeter or two to keep it from doing that. anyone else have a problem with the switch?

Ive busted one, only because I tried to use wood screws because I didnt have any of the small bolts. Now I run my DR off a relay so even if my switch blows my tranny will be ok.
