Passenger foglight won't work...WHY?!

As the title says, my passenger foglight won't light up, while my driver side lights up just fine. I tried to see if it was the fuse but it wasn't. Also, I swapped the bulbs to see if it was just a deffective passenger side bulb, but it wasn't that also.

What else could it be? Do I need to buy a new foglight? Damm, I hope not Thanks in advance.
