Drop at Idle ?

Drop at Idle ?
Idle keeps dropping when I come to a light to about 500rpms and alittle bit lower, and then kicks back up. Im trying to figure out this. On my Boost Gauge the vaccum dropps too as well
Idle Air Control Valve is clean and is a Fairly New Unit out of a 98...
Could it by my Throttle Position Sensor ??
