So now the real question... how could you have test driven a 2001 6-speed vq 3.0, or was that 2002 vq 3.0, when neither ever existed?

My 95 has many speeds. I usually stay below the speed limit, though.

a) Where's Steve when you need him?
b) Back to the issue at hand. ......

VQ30DE ('95 - '99) - 5 Speed Manual
VQ30DE-K ('00 - '01) - 5 Speed Manual
VQ35DE ('02 - '03) - 6 Speed Manual

Therefore, you are incorrect. In Addition, your link refers to someone with a 2002 which has the VQ35DE. Again, you have been.............................

This is just one of lifes little lessons about choosing your battles wisely. The sooner you learn that the better off you'll be. Now it isn't the norm that we all gang up on one person for being wrong. But it also isn't the norm that someone insists on incorrect information for so long.
So take your lumps and move on. Don't be a baby just because you got put in the corner wearing a dunce cap. Be a man, concede to the correct information and bow out with honor. You'll get more respect that way.

Think of it as standing on the Titanic as Kate Winslet paraded her big melons up and down trying to find a boat, as you played the violin like a ....you got owned.....accept it and move on, or simply leave and act like you forgot your password. Arguing with the administrator, can lead you to believe that your NEWB keetser might be wrong........

I read this thread closely and first didn't want to join in on it, but man... you really are, to say it in SubZero language... A pathatic fool! First you go smart talking there is a VQ30DE 6 speed, and then when your proven wrong you feel insulted...

Your momma brought you up wrong, that's what she did! The b!tch had teeth in the back of her neck and she shewed like this ->

Now go your own way, and what? You don't wanna be a part of this ORG? Well, peace to you bud, we won't miss you either I guess

Hint: Get yourself a nice SubZero Farmtractor! You can then brag about all the 24 gears on some tractor ORG, maybe feel more at home there
