Finally, good news...

http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/227709/5

Last March a mustang was trying to catch a red light as i proceeded into the intersection. Luckily, with my natural reaction, i tried to hook out of the way so i would avoid slamming right into him, but ended up clipping his driver rear and sending him into a 360 into two parked cars. He ran the red light, but since there were no witnesses, I thought i would be screwed since all they can go by is that I hit him.

A year and an arbitration later, my gf and I win the case. He messed up on his testimony...at the arbitration he said he had stopped completely, but a year earlier my insurance company took a statement from him, and he said

"i didnt stop completely...i mean...i almost did...but it turned green and i went."

This is after he claimed he was fully stopped at the red light...
