Help with Transmission Swap

I need a write up or website I should check to get info to change my transmission as its on the way out.

motorvate.ca has a writeup on how to rebuild, it might include instructions on how to remove and reinstall

Thanks for the info, I'm sending it off to AAMCO, i dont have the time now to do a rebuild.
