Finally Found The Ks!!

Well i finally found the damn thing when i was changing out my belt tensioner and decided to take a crack at it.i got it out in like 2 mins...it took a while to get the damn bolt loose wd40 that hoe up and boom...out.Im also proud to say i got no cuts/burns/extreme rage cus i couldnt get it back in.It took a bout 5 mins playin with landing techniques but i got it all in and yuh it was great almost like i got a new car again. Id say it the best bang for the buck mod so far u should consider it if u havent

I just got done changing mine om a 99 with the California Spec. It was a *****. It helps if you tape a stick to it so you can manuver and turn it so the bolt lines up. It helps if you use 1/4 inch drive over 3/8 drive.

umm......ok . . . .
news flash: everybody has a KS except it goes bad and a lot of people keep driving with a bad one & once they finally replace it, it's like getting another y-pipe..... so i hope that's what you meant

Congrats on the job though

I just replaced mine on my I30 at 138k, was a piece of cake. Just use a universal a 6 inch extention and a 18 inch extention. took all of 10 minutes
