engine bay colors

I'm getting an intake. Frankencar one probably. I don't have anything else in my engine bay to put color into it, but I want to soon. I have a Deep Evergreen SE. What color intake should I get to start me off? Pics would be nice.

Also, is the Apexi filter they offer really better than the K&N?

personally, i think the only engine bay color that really looks good is red, but that would make your green car look like a christmas tree... i'd stick to a black/silver/chrome theme with maybe little touches of body-color things to set it off. just my .02

check around cardomain for engine bay pictures, and just do whatever you like... who cares what i think?
