Dent in Carbonfiber Hood

I got a little dent in my carbonfiber hood. I don't know how it got there. It is near the top of the hood right in the middle. What could I use to get it out? Or is it not possible?

The hood is vis. Is there anyway to pop the hood out?

i imagine you could get some form of a suction cup and pull it, that would be my first approach

I wasnt aware that VIS made a hood for the 4th gen.
All the VIS hoodds ive seen are pretty good qaulity.
