someone needs to buy these headlights and let us know how they fit. they look pretty sweet to me but if they fit like the cefiro lights forget it.

I wonder why they didnt black out the inside edge too, like the AE style. Looks good tho. I could rock them! Of course the Cefiros are still nicer.

If i had these lights, i would rather get the stock ones and paint them from the inside, black or whatever it is you like. just my .02's. i mean it would cost 40 bucks to get the paint n do it yourself instead of wasting money on these parts

I think they look great, this is a nice cheap way to replace those dirty foggy headlights I have on my 1997. I dont feel like drilling into the headlight and corner and remounting my strobes though. So anyone have these yet? Any pics of them on the car? Hows the fit and finish, quality, is it near OEM or does it feel / look alot 'cheaper'?

I was wondering about this too after I rewired the corners. The lense gets too hot! How long after the rewire did you notice the crack? I might have to undo the rewire on the corners.

but man imagine just take them out the box and then putting them in the over to cook! might be nerve wrecking

I just cooked my old 96 headlight, have no need for them plus their broken so it was good practice, i dont know how those 97+ ones can hold up being plastic and all but they should have finished the AE mod to say the least.

does this mean = " " I just saw it to the side

the only problem with finishing it off the AE mod on the corners is that light output suffers

i bought the regular headlight replacements off of procarparts, and i bought the DC clears from them too, just not this AE set that they have. the fitment was fine with the headlights, and the corner lights fit fine too. looked really nice together. no water leaked in, and the corner lights held up to the rewiring of my bulbs, probably better than my stock ones did, since those cracked, and the DC ones have not.

ah dammit too bad it doesn't fit the I30... and the Cefiro headlamps have to have the HID kit. Only if I learned how to wire up the HID kit!

i dont have cefiros but im pretty sure they dont have to have a hid kit... they just have an h4 bulb and the harness usually comes with the cefiros

For those who've gotten these headlights/corners, how long have you had them and is it prone to fogging or clouding up?

just tint the whole headlight instead of doing it AE style. It looks sweet especially with the projectors as the icing on th cake.

Projectors would be the only logical reason why one would tint the entire headlight reflector. If you still use halogens, there wouldn't be any reflector for them to function properly and safely.
