My girl and i recently had our anniversary so i had her H2 hooked up, Punch amps, P2 subs, something reasonable, she loved it cuz shes a pro dancer and she's into music like that....i got up this morning and when i opened my door, on my seat was a check for $1,000 from her with "MAXIMA MONEY" in the memo line....so its go time...

what mods would you guys do, consider cost of labor and i have an automatic....i have CAI, chrome 17's, fstb, eibach drop....and a bunch of interior stuff....but i want some performance mods...

y pipe, and VB mod dont count i was doing those anyway.....

more power, more speed......

It's funny, I got a 1000 too from the accident, but I decided to go with the TV and new speakers. I would get a stillen kit, but the winter is coming so I'll try to save up for the spring

so my list looks like: aside from vb mod and y pipe....udp mod, mevi, jwt ecu (but id need to buy one from 95,96 max first, so that could kill me a little) jwt only goes up to 96 with their upgrades....torque converter? how much is that and what exactly does this do?

oh and the struts i have with my eibachs im not sure of, they may be aftermarket, i never looked nor did the guys say anything to me when i had them put in my eibachs, wish my only honest mechanic didnt move to fl, dammit.....

I'd say take the 1,000 bucks and put a downpayment on a wedding ring - she sounds like a KEEPER. (assuming you arent already married...)

with tvs in the headrest and all that other baller crap you shouldnt be concerned with performance or a sport look. trade out those 17" chromies and get dubs, then you can be ghetto-riffic

 

Try putting her H2 grille on your car.
Along with the MEVI, spend some time reducing some weight off of the max.

 

if I had $1000 and my max wasn't being threatened by my negligent & jealous brother, part of that 1K would go to replacing the foglights & the timing chain tensioner. another part would go to tires. doesn't leave me w/ much for performance mods, but w/ the remaining $$ it would go to clear corners, red/clears, & PIAA Xtreme White headlights, foglights & domelights, maybe even make my gauges light up a brighter white

 

spending $$ on females =

a lil extra time spent w wifey goes farther...hell lick the kitty now and then and she'll love ya keep the $$ for the whip imo

 

you should just save that money on future maintenance $$$$..
