please help with my p.o.s. b4 i junk her!!!!
she's got low miles (95,000) but shes falling apart in front of my eyes. i've already dumped 4 grand in to the tranny. couple g's when this broke or that broke and ive had enough. anyway my most serious problem besides taking 2 or 3 tries to get her started is the window. it rolls down but not up. i can hear the motor spinning when i try to get it to go up but it wont do it. i wouldnt care as much if it wasnt the driver door. so, is it the motor? something else? please help! if you know someone parting out a 95 let me know cuz the stealership wants like $300 without installation.
thanks

Its prbly off track. Take the door panel off and check the window. Im in the process of replacing my driver side back window motor/regulator. Which will happen this weekend. Im going to try and do a writeup. I yanked it open a few days ago and it looked confusing... Thought i might be able to take some pics and do a writeup.

I don't think the window is off track. It's probably the window regulator. There is a wire that the motor winds up to put the window up and down and chances are the wire broke. If you hear the motor running then the motor works fine.

the window isnt off track its the rubber guide that the window goes up n down n that needs to be put back together. it happened to me and it would go down but not up and i can hear the motor going. just open the door and u should see the rubber guide and that maynot be in its right place. pm me if u have any qestions

A used transmission with low miles + installation is about 1200 tops...
Take your door panel apart and check it out. Its not that difficult... just a little tricky.
And man the problems your having are not that serious... you just got raped by the transmission place. Not the cars fault

lol funny story guys. I ripped my door panel off (backseat drivers side door) and Im like WTF! I cant do this! I need to get my cousin to help me. So i test out the new one.. Its not working im like hrmmm.. Maybe me switch is dead. So i plug in the harness back into the oem one and leave it there. So the weekend rolls by and im over at his house and i roll down the back window to see which is bad and they both rolled down! Im like WTF! I just spent 65 bux on a new motor/regulator for nothing! haha. WOWWWWW!
