Help - Car keeps hiccuping at random intervals

I was out driving my car on the highway last weekend heading to a car show when it started to hiccup(rpm drop a bit, barely any throttle response) Since it was misting/light rain out, and I don't have a bypass valve on my intake, I thought it was just water bogging the car out. I limped my car to the next city for the show. After sitting for 5 hours or so, I figured I would see if that fixed the problem. The car ran great until about 2-3 hours down the road, then it started doing the same thing again. It was dry weather this time, so I knew it wasn't the water.

At this point I thought it might be water in the gas tank so I stopped at a store and put some gasline anti-freeze in it to get rid of any moisture that might be there. The car acted the same way all the way home. I've tried it over the last couple days and still getting the same results.

This doesn't seem to happen at any particular time, just at somepoint where the car is warmed up, it happens at different RPM each time. Sometimes it will happen at idle and the car will stall, sometimes it only happens at 5k.
Each time it cuts out though my fuel pressure raises about 3-5psi. This lead me to believe it was possibly the injectors getting plugged or coilpack starting to die, but shouldn't that cause my engine to miss? This runs perfect, then just no response, then comes back. My last option is to look at changing sensors.(CEL doesn't come on from this problem)

Has anyone ever had a problem like this? or any ideas what might be causeing this?

I've been without my max for a week now and it's driving me nuts
