97 Max Running Rough Multiple ECU Codes

Driving home last night i noticed my engine was not running as smooth as it normally does, when i got home the engine was sputtering a bit and sounded like i had a fouled plug. I pulled out all the plugs and the cylinder 3 plus had dry carbon fouling so i cleaned it up with some sand paper and put it all back together and reset my error codes. I test drove it about 10 miles and everything was fine. This morning i went to leave to go get an oil change and some new plugs and air filter for the CAI(its been 4 years of cleaning the KNN)
I started it up and immediatelly the check engine light came back on. I checked the codes and got these, 3-4 Knock Sensor, assuming from the odd vibration of the engine, 8-3 MAPS 13-2 MAPS, which has been like that for a while and since i dont live in the mountains doesnt have much effect on me, 6-7 Cylinder 2 Misfire which i checked the plug and it has no corrosion and barely any wear on it and 10-8 Evaporator Canister Purge Control Valve Circuit Fault which from what ive read if this is malfunctioning shouldnt have any effect on the performance of the engine. Now last night when i checked the codes i got a cylinder 3 Misfire and the MAPS and nothing else. Could the ill performing engine be due to The CPCVC? Or is there a bigger issue that the Warning Codes arent telling me? Any ideas?

Well reading further into the forums i noticed people saying the knock sensor going bad itself wont throw a CEL and that when it does go bad it wont cause the problems that im having. So im kinda back where i started...I notice a slight squeeking knocking sound coming from the back cylinder row. Could a bad Coil Pack not firing cause the above errors and make this sound? I want to try as much work at home before carrying it to a dealer...

Update on the situation, i replaced my plugs and now the car runs nice and smooth like normal....with the exeption of the great billowing clouds of thick white smoke pouring out of my muffler..so now im thinking gasket..head gasket.....could oil leaking into the combustion chamber foul out the plugs and create the problems i was having?
