Hello all, I purchased a 96 gxe automatic (1 owner w/ 76,000 miles!) about 2 months ago. This is my second 4th gen Maxima, I owned a 96 SE auto for 3-4 years, sold it to a family friend in 2005 and he is still whippin it! Have always missed that car, so when I found this one in such great shape and low miles, I was stoked!
My max runs well and I am getting 28/29 mpgs on most tanks. Great car from a time before the industry became inundated with too much tech in the cabins/cars, imo.
