stalling problem at Idle

so for the past few days when im stopped at a stop light my idle will get really rough and the car will stall out on me. Its happeened about 6 times and i have no idea whats going on. Im currently running 93 octane with stp fuel system cleaner thinking that may be my problem. But its stalled since its addition so idk what to think. Any ideas?

How long it been since you have a tune up?
if not, u might want to change spk plugs, have transmission flush and clean your TB, and air filter....start with the small things first.

I think its the cleaner. After I put in the Chevron injector cleaners, it never felt right since. Plus I think it had something to do with me not able to past smog my first year. Hope this helps.

sorry to hear about your problem. Check for ecu codes with a scanner for "pending" code.

car is fixed. since im up at school u just brought it into pepboys for one of their diagnosis testings. turns out that my motor mounts are shot to **** and the vibrations knocked off one of my intake clamps, so it bypassed the MAF and would cuase fuel shutoff. Funny part was the guy told me my 95 fed spec was a cali spec, and that becuase of that he couldnt touch my car becuase my intake was illegal. what a retard(being as ive got a fed spec y pipe, lack the swirl valve, as well as the additional o2 sensors.
