Need a hi-flow cat

hey guys
i need a bolt on hi-flow cat that can pass emission/smog tests and i already have a CAI, budget y and b pipe, and a muffler
ive already looked here http://maxmods.dyndns.org/index.php?...yticConverters
and ive heard Random Technologie is good should i go for it or is there anything better i should get??

go to a muffler shop and ask for the biggest hi flow cats they got. it shouldn't run you more than 100 bucks. those cats will do just fine with the emissions and give little power. you wont' get much from doing a cat mod unless you are force induced...

would that work on a 98 max and is the diameter big enough to match the budget y and b pipe without reducing the air flow?
