Annoying noise inside the car [Video included]
This noise inside the car has been annoying me for 2 months already. Or to be exact, since I painted my car, which may have something to do with it because inside was partly stripped (e.g. door panels) and I personally put it back togather, so everything fine there. Noise is coming from rear part and as you can hear it in the vid (sounds like propeller of an airplane). It sounds like tires. But it does not make sence at all because it was totally fine before car was painted. I also swaped my tires with stock steelies, same effect.
Is it brake pads or faulty bearings or WHAT???

Thank for replies guys! I bet you will bring up some fresh ideas to solve this. Sometimes it gets louder tham my speakers...and really gets on my nerves.
- CEL if for Y-pipe O2 sensor - had no funds to get replacement yet
- Pitch does get higher as speed increases, NOT as RPM increases, so that kinda eliminates exhaust, ..maybe...
I will check it anyways and will post tomorrow...

Shot in the dark... and you have probably already looked...
Man that sounds like a fenderwell is coming loose at speed and rubbing on the tire. If you can't find any evidence, take it to a tire shop and let them look around. It definitely sounds like something rubbing to me.
Maybe the paint shop missed a few clips / rivets putting everything back together?
*edit nevermind... you said you did it yourself - reading comprehension > me.
good luck, got me

It sounded like it came from the wheel bearing as the other member mentioned. I drove a honda accord with the same symptom and sound gets louder as speed increase but not the rpm. the mechanic told me it was the wheel bearing. does the sound come from the rear?

Thanks guys for taking time to listen to that! I tend to think that is hub bearing as well and it is hard to tell if it is from left or right side, sounds more like from both.
Yes, I need to get some gas , these prices for premium are crazy today...
I know about CEL
