Im putting a 96 i30t motor in my 96 max and i pulled mine today and was comparing the two and found that the infinity motor doesnt have a sensor that the max does. On the max it goes to the boost sensor wich routes to a vacuum line for the egr i think. I was going to use the wire harness thats in my max for convenience purposes but now i dont think it will match up.

anybody seen this or have any sugestions?

 

I think it's the MAP sensor your refering to. The Infiniti motor should have it as well.

 

it doesnt have it man, and its not just the sensor thats missing, the lines going to it dont exist. ill take some pics of the differences but theres nothing you can do about it really. i hope the computer can compensate for it
