how do you remove the outer air vents?

how do you remove the outer ir vents? the ones by the doors?

yea t was, i just do not want to do it enought to go through all that trouble. I was just doing it to do something easy, but if it takes that much work i amnot really into it.

yeah i feel ya, but how do u get that 194 ulb out from underneath the shifter? i cant get the bulb out of the socket...

i just griped it good and pulled the hell out of it. try prying it up easily,rock it back and forth, side to side, and it will wiggle loose. like a tooth

First, pry the black bezel that surrounds the shifter carefully without damaging it with a flat screwdriver (or whatever works).

Then, if you have small, girly hands, stick it in the left side underneath the numbers and letters (P R 2 1). The thing that holds the bulb will come out by twisting it either left or right (dont remember).

If you dont have small hands, you can unscrew things around the lever to move it around carefully to access the bulb holder.

Thats pretty much how I replaced my auto tranny bulb.

thats where i get stuck, i did all that, im asking how u get the damn bulb out of the bulb holder, mine is in there and isnt budging for $shyt

just pull really hard. it was a pain to get out but it will get out. if you have sweaty hands.. try wearing some rubber gloves to get more grip of the bulb and try again.
