Clear Corner Bumper Lights

Ok, just got my clear corners to replace the fugly orange ones. Something I noticed was that the smaller lens, the one more on the side of the car than front, wobbles and doesn't seem that sturdy. Anyone have any advice? Thanks guys.

It might not be mounted right. Make sure the screws holding in the front lenses are secured properly. If each pair doesn't line up once you're finished installing, you're doing something wrong.

Well, its definitely screwed in right, and the rear notch of the side part of the light is defintely secured in correctly. I don't know. Anyone have the same problem ever?

yep, on my driver side the one on the side of the car wobbles but the one on the passenger side is fine. i guess it is either bumper fit or the actual lens not made too great.

So, I guess my best bet is the tape idea? I was thinking some weather stripping that is no adhesive, but willa pply pressure and hold it in place, instead of physically adhereing it to the surface. Good? I don't know, you gusy are better at this stuff than me....

well what i was thinking of doing was putting some foam or something in between the light fixture and cramming it in there. but so far they havnt fallen out or anything and i have hit 120. have had them in for about 2 or 3 weeks.

yeah, they move around but when you say wobble you mean when you actually try to make them wobble with your hand right? if so, the answer is yes

Alright well, here was my conclusion, for all of you that may be having the same problem:

I took foam weatherstripping, the kind in the green box at WalMart, that is "D" shaped. They have P-Sphaped as well, but this looked better. So, what I did was just stuck a piece about 4-5 inches long on the bottom portion of where the side clear corner goes, directly onto the bumper, not the light. Seems to work fine and doesn't come out too easily.

Thanks for the help guys.
