Latey when im driving around 25 mph and i hit the brakes the rpms jump like crazy. They go up about 2000 rpms. All i've changed was the knock sensor and the crankshaft (ref) sensor I havent changed the cam position sensor or the crankshaft (pos) sensors, could this be the problem. This is very weird. Also my car starts like a dog, and their a sounds like popcorn is being made when the car finally starts (only happens in the moring). the check engine light is on right now.
the funny thing is that the scanner doesnt pick up any codes.

it happend to my uncle 95 max it fixed it by it self lol funny huh

 

maybe u need to reset ur car? try disconnecting battery for a night perhaps... who knows, it might work
