Rear Sway Bars

howdy all..i'm a maxima owner in Australia and am currently modifying it..all thought the parts are impossible to get here off the shelf...everything custom made..its bad...but anywayz..i wanna get a rear sway bar up from the states...but i dunno if it will fit ! i have a 1998 model here the top of the range is called 30GV which is the model i have..it has electronic adjustable shocks...i have it lowered with tein springs already...so anyone can give me a definte answer of whether or not it will fit? i called my nissan spare parts..they said that the american maxima's suspension is different and can't fit...yet on a website like peformenceauto or stillen..it says that the maxima has a unique suspension setting (just like australia model) and have came up with a soluton so that the sway bar can fit....
i emailed stillen...yet...they couldn't give me a definete answer..they said just to check up locally whether or not it can fit...so i'm kinda in a loop here...any help would be awsome..thanks...i'll post some pics of an "australian modified max" thanks...

Good question, to which I do not have a definitive answer, but the RSB attaches in just two places (per side), on the solid axle and on the trailing link, so it's hard to believe the suspension is so different that it wouldn't fit.

Shipping of such a large and heavy piece to Australia has to be pretty stiff, eh? Can't blame you for not wanting to take a chance on it not fitting.

yeh...thats why...i mean i can stand it for now...when i adjust the shocks to sport..also using the tein springs..it seems that it corrects most of the understeer..i dunno why this is...but its true...but i really want to reduce most of this body roll..if possible....i dunno where i can get a confirmed answer....my god its annoying me...
