Headers?

What are the biggest headers they sell for a 95 Maxima?

What are some typical gains excluding the performance Y? I hear a Y and headers will add something like 20 fwhp? So headers are the more important piece of the two, so i'm assuming like 10-13 from the headers?

You assume wrong. Y pipe is far more effective than the shorty headers are.

the Hotshot and/or Cattman headers are nice but there has been no proof of a power gain over a Y pipe alone. But they have a sweet sound.

OBX and stone racing headers are a joke.

really? about the cattman headers not proving anymore gains over a y-pipe... why does everyone suggest getting them over just a y then? if there is no gains then im not going to waste my money...

So where can I get some long tubes or full length headers?

jdm71488: who said to buy them? all the ppl with them have not shown an increase in power or 1/4 mile performance when compared to just a Y pipe. heck the stone racing and stillen headers showed a decrease in power on the dyno.

ChrisUlrich: no one makes them. OBX has a large front header but it has clearance issues. the rear has no room for a long tube design. then there are other problems like where to put the cat an what not.

Again the Cattman/Hotshot headers look great, sound great but so far no power increase over the Y pipe. SC'ed people may have better luck with them.... who knows.

The stock exhaust manifolds are only about 4" long, they offer very little restriction it seems.
