I've been reading about the ground wire kits and saw one from Matt Blehmco. Who else carries these kits. or is it a do it yourself, buy your own wire deal. the Blehmco kit doesn't look good. Not that it should matter, but I just wanted to know what my other options are before I buy.

 

ebay or do it your self, with some 6 guage speaker cable i believe....not srue

 

if you want to get extreme id suggest you to do the BIG 3 even if you dont have a system.

 

What would such thing gain you if you don't have a system?

 

make your own with 8 Ga. I have basicly 2 of the big 3, I dont have the alt-> pos battery YET

I suggest making your won kit all you need is like 20 ft 8 ga sub wire and like 10 end connectors, and solder is good too.

 

ok...but can you install a gorund kit with out a spare terminal?? cuz i just have a regular battery

 

There's no reason not to do a basic ground kit. It looks good and simply helps the engine by providing an east flow of current. The pos alt -> pos battery is based on the same principal I guess, but remember that you DO need a fuse going from the alt to the batt. vs not needing fuses for a basic grounding kit.

 

yeah just use one or 2 of the conectors you buy, just bolt them to the stock negitave terminal with the stock plug.

 

by any chance you don't have a picture do you???

 

Here's an overview, i'll look for a close up, but all you do add the new groundkit wires to the back of the stock bolt.

 

My hyperground is like 6 wires, that are all soldered together with 2 connectors, and those are bolted to my 2nd neg. port

here is a close up of where you should conect it.

Personaly I would have distracted the wires from sight, I don't like to see a lot of cables and when I'll go detailing my enginebay I will make an effort to hide every single electrical cable I can find under that hood. Looks a lot cleaner IMHO.
