link to weight of interior stuff?

Awhile back someone posted a link to a site with the weight off all the interior things, it had like different stages of weight reduction, anyone remember that or got a similiar site? Just took out subs, back seats, spare tire, front seat, feels quicker, but i want to see how much that actually is

every 100 pounds is equal to about 6.5 horses this is a mathimatical equation.

Never heard thid one. Is this at the wheels? The weight of your car has nothing to do with HP.

Some people have also said every 100 pounds is supposed to be .1 sec in the 1/4 but all of that is pretty much ricer math.

F=MA so with constant force, Mass will matter more the faster you accelerate so it is not realistic.

i dont remmber exactly where i got it but i got it off one of those calculaters similar to hypotheticall top speed of a givin car

the common conception has always been in my experience is that every 100lbs is typically about .1 sec in the 1/4...which is also inherently 10 crank hp...programs like cartest model this really well and prove it to be pretty accurate...additionally, plenty of people that I know have tried this and it seems to be accurate as well

I was always skeptical as why would the #'s be so perfect (ie. 1, 10's, 100's, etc....but sure enough....the calculations work out...
