Stillen lip fitment for 95-96

I was wondering if anyone with a Stillen lip can tell me if the 95-96 lip will be able to cover this little "blemish" under the passenger side foglight of my front bumper cover... or does the slip sit lower or not thick enough to cover that little broken piece:

Little!!!
That sh*t is big. A little blemish is like a ding, chip, scratch. Thats cracked with a piece missing. Use the money on fixing that instead of trying to cover it up.

haha I was being rhetorical when I said "little". That is cracked yes... and the missing foglight piece was bought from LIMAXIN on the org, and he has not shipped that piece and I paid him back in the summer!!! He will not respond to my emails either, even though he is selling a whole bunch of other **** in the classifieds. Anyway, that is another issue.

My first option IS to replace the bumper but I am weary of getting those OEM aftermarket bumper covers - I hear that they do not fit just right and are also made of thinner material that can break easily. Finding an OEM front bumper cover has been next to impossible!!! I have been trying for months! I checked www.car-part.com and they are either selling the WHOLE ASSEMBLY for like $700 or the bumper cover itself is an aftermarket OEM one.

So by all means, if anyone can help me find a 95-96 front bumper cover... with foglight holes... I would be very grateful! Colour superblack (KH3) would be a bonus!
