driving home from work this afternoon..... looked down to see the batt and brake lights on.... I'm going to guess that the alt is toast.... anyone have a line on good pricing???? looked around online ..... $115 to $450(wtf) most were $140-$180... but after shipping to me and then shipping off the core.. it looks like I may be better off with the local auto parts store (Advance) $160 in stock..... BTW I have the 125a hitachi unit (fed).... any thoughts????

 

160 aint bad as long as you get a lifetime warranty i paid 260 at oreilly's and got life time plus you dont have to ship it back if something goes wrong

 

There was an alternator recall on 4th gens a while back, may want to call nissan and see if your car applies.
