Evaporation Solenoid Code...help...

Can this be the cause of my 20mpg?

Should I replace only the solenoid? What about the canister?

Anyone ever have this problem and notice a difference when you changed it?

I just brought mine to the dealer a few weeks ago, apparently there was a recall on a lot of sensors, which included the evap soleniod and canaster, i have a 96se as well. might wanna check that out. you can prob call them and just give them your vin#
btw, it was all covered too, which included all 3 o2 sensors being replaced.

why did they replace the 02 sensors? Do the oxygen sensors have anything to do with the evap system?

Did you find out what was wrong with the evap system?

How much did it cost you in the end?

i didn't have anythihng wrong at all, i went in for a suspension problem and they ran the vin#. the recall had to do with the check engine light comming on, so they replaced a buncha sensors, which included the evap. didn't cost me a dime.
and since you have a 96 se as well, thought you might wanna get it checked!
