you could put your switches anywhere you want.

It depends on whether you have tools to maybe so come drilling and such.

For a Clean look you could get a rocker switch and in between the switches for the heated seats (assuming you have an empty slot their like in my SE) you could put a rocker switch in their so that its clean and in a good position.

if not I've seen some good photos of poeple who put the swithes in that flip out ash tray, that looks good and stylish.

just some ideas.

from the left:
-whelen strobe kit on/off
-strobe flash pattern changer
-microvision tv on/off
-dvd player on/off
-taillight flasher on/off
...all have LED indicators so i know when everything is on or off

old school pic:

this pic is well over a year old. I no longer have the aluminum dash kit in, i have replaced the upper clock piece to get rid of that gap and also have shifted the tv down about 1/4"+ to center it more in the opening. So no flaming on any of that please!

The ash tray is the best, cleanest looking spot for a switch or two! Ny96Max has the right idea! looks hot and incognito to say the least.

Ny96max has a good thing going.

Hey Ny96max where did you get those switches from? did they come with the bulbs to indicate if its on or not, or did you add that feature yourself?

the switches and LEDs are left parts over from alarm installs i do at work. Every switch on there trips a relay which does the actual work for turing power on for each unit installed. The LEDs i just set up to pop on when the switch is thrown to the on position, i needed to use a 1,000ohm resistor to get them at the brightness i wanted.

Look to the left by the dead pedal, see the red switch. This is my manual fan switch for use at the track. It's in the kick panel. This is the same spot I had the DR for the 96 auto.

A closer view

I also used the blank spot next to the dimmer, push button start...

And finally I have mounted switches to the bottom of the knee bolster. I used regular rocker switches, 96 had remote starter overide and wig wags while the 98 has a rear fog switch.

how much current are your led's going to draw?
you could use your power wire for the radio, but it would always be on
