ok,
based on all your advice i've decided to get rid of the hamburger.
i live in rhode island and it is about 60 degrees out. should i wait until it gets warmer? and do i just use a hairdryer and someone said fishing wire to get it off. is the spot where it was going to match? let me know.

go ahead and do it...then wax th4e area and wipe off you should be fine.....

WD40 and a credit card also helps. Might have some left over adhesive when you take it off, so just use the credit card and scrape it off. Then wax like Metallic97gxe said.

 

If I take it off and decide I don't like it, can I put it back on? I also need to know this because the "C" fell off of my mom's Chrysler van. Lucky for us, it fell off in the garage and not on the road.

 

buy emblem tape which is basically thin 2 sided 3m tape
