my car is total lost now..

I was making U on small street (front of houses)

to park on opposite side side walk

and out of no where this Ford Escape came

and hit me on the Driver side.

thanks god that im still alive.

but bad news is my insurance expired last month

and i never got any letter so i didnt konw.

so now i need to buy lawyer to fight at the court

and pay the opposite sides damage.

i dont even have time to worry about my car...

im so screwed up...

wish me luck and im parting out everything on my car

so if you need anything

anything broken from your car

im here to sell it to you for cheap...

damn i just wanna cry now!

Ehhh...I don't see how you got t-boned on the driver's side while making a u-turn. Making a left turn, I could see this happening but for a u-turn, the damage doesn't fit.

Since the street was small i kinda turn my car to far right i could get

and made U but i was going like 5~10 MPH

and street was 25MPH speed limit

she was saying she went 25mph but look at my car

cant be 25!

silvia, let me get this straight, you were in front of her when you started to make the U-turn, and she crashed right into your driver side as you were coming around. Since you were in front of her and you had the right of way to make a left turn when it's clear, i don't see how u could be 100% responsible for her inability to stop in time. Did you signal before attempting the u-turn? It may be a slim chance, but I think u should fight this one with her insurance company. Don't give up so easily. And if it does go your way, make her pay out the azz, and file a bodily injury as well, I'm sure your neck and arm must be aching from this collision. You could pick up and easy $2-4k for lost wages, pain and suffering.

Once Upon a time, I woke up and mysteriously noticed my Maxima was missing, it turned out to be my car got stolen, I had a panic attack, and almost lost it. I saw a E 500 Benz in my spot, and thought is this where i parked before? I was in my house about 2 in the afteroon, I just got back from the car wash, and got a wax job. I came out of my house at about 7:30 pm, I walked to my car, then suddenly, It wasn't there,
I felt very upset, and couldn't believe my car stolen!, I had a black 1997 Maxima SE 50k miles Black on Black heated leather seats. Altezza tails Gen 2 L.E.D style. I waited and my Maxima was never recovered. I don't understand why I had to be a victim, I spent so much money and effort into my car, and I was left with nothing at the end. It's not like it was my neighbors GS300 or his 05 300M, it had to be my maxima. I bought another one, but that's besides the point, it just shows how grimey some people have to get, and take your personal ****. I hope all the haters suck a big fat ****, and choke on it.
