I just bought one for the G-force ECU project. Try NTK online which is the OEM for Nissan. Otherwise lots of dealers offer 20%-25% off genuine Nissan parts. Even with 20% off my local dealer charged me $119. Ouch.

 

The cheapest price is free. Some '95-'96 Maximas got replacement Oxygen Sensors as a no-charge warranty item. Contact your local friendly Nissan dealer. With your Vehicle Identification Number he can do a computer lookup to find out whether your car is eligible and if the warranty replacement was already done on your car.

PartsAmerica.com lists Bosch Oxygen Sensors in the range of $78 + shipping.
