dude you will not breake it...it will defiantly come off before it even comes close to breaking. just stick a flat head and pry off the smaller one, and then loosed the screw and take the big one off. it is easy!

Yeah, just stick a flathead screwdriver in there straight into the gap... so basically the screwdriver is pointed straight towards the rear of the car. Then gently pry outward. If you're face to face with the car (as you should be) pry to the right to get the driver side to pop out and to the left for the passenger side. Just keep prying, it WILL pop out.

The only thing you have to be careful about is to not use the adjacent lense for too much leverage, you may chip it.

If you can find a wide enough flathead, you can stick it in there and just twist in either direction... that'll pop it out too.

Once you have them off you'll see the screw that holds the other one, etc. After that you'll have it.

doesnt fit as great as u want them to.. Get some 3M double sided tape. the white foamy part and try to find somewhere to stick it so it'll wedge in. I installed mine and they're perfectly flush to the bumper some people have complained that one side sticks out more than the other. Long story short, it's aftermarket and it won't be 'perfect'.

i put a clear peice of tape over the crack between the larger lense and smaller lense. then they won't ever come out if you are driving. putting bumper lenses in is not that hard just try to fix it....i mean it is a light housing...what bad can happen?

You did use the stock screws, correct?
If not use those. If you did make sure you adjust the so that they fit in the plastic connector.

yeah, i used the stock screws and plastic connectors but it seems like the small piece is a bit smaller then the stock ones. its definately a loose fit as i can slightly move it up and down.

Thanks for the tips; I just did my diamond cuts that have been sitting in the basement for 2+ years, LOL. Boy, won't my son be surprised. I had read some instructions that said to go in through the plastic in the wheel well, "break a plastic thingie" and install; that's when they went into the basement. The thread to the install that I quoted is now gone, thankfully.

The smaller lense on the right side is a little loose, will get some 3M and fix today. Total install was less than 15 minutes. I now have to get used to the look, not sure that I like it as much as the ones I saw on a 99 Max on the GSP in May, but time will tell. I'm using yellow 3156 bulb and smaller yellow bulb in side markers, will look for upgrades online. Any suggestions?

Thanks again.

just a quick note:

when you buy the diamond clear lens, look on the back. you will see a rubber tube shaped like the letter "U"

look at your stock lens. On the back you will see a similar rubber hose, but it has a breathing filter on it. I switched it onto the Diamond clean lens. I assume this helps any vapor dissipate from the lens.
