Thinking about putting stock muffler on

I have a y and b pipe combo with a muffler as well. I'm getting kind of sick of all the noise. How much quieter would my car get if I were to put the stock muffler back on?

Does your b-pipe have a resonator in-line? That will help a lot. What sort of cat-back system do you have?

prob as quiet as stock, prob a little bit louder due to the free-er flowing exhaust.

well that's kinda the point. I mean I like to hear the exhaust but I would MUCH rather have the sleeper aspect to my car.

so how about that TS ECU rev limiter found! VI plus TS ECU....are you game???

i remember my ypipe, bpipe and stock axle back combo didn't sound too great. i mean it was sort of quiet, but it didn't sound natural. it had a raspy chevy V6 sort of sound. you might want to switch up your muffler selection to one with a longer, wider canister to absorb more of the sound.

My WSP Y-pipe, stock B-pipe with Magnaflow resonator, and a 2001 muffler sounds yummy. I need to make a video one of these days.
