Hmm its still doing it, first time i started it up it started perfect turned it off went inside then tried again rpms go to 3k and drops down and turns off makes a buzzing kinda noise too. Any thing else that it could be ? Like i said it only happens when i leave it in the cold what else could cause my car to do this ? I mean i only have to give it some gas in order for it to start not a big deal but i would like it fixed its just annoying.

 

Did you try the "this-will-fix-everything" solution:

1. clean the throttle body and IACV

 

How do i go about cleaning the IACV ? Also the throttle body was just cleaned a few weeks ago.

 

I think there are instructions in the stickies on cleaning the IACV - basically you have to take it off (3 bolts), and just scrub it with air-intake cleaner (the valve and the air inlets).... since you say you recently cleaned the TB - this becomes more interesting...

Any idea where the buzzing sound is originating from (approximately what part of the engine bay - or is it from the inside of the car?)

 

sounds from inside the car. It does it right after the engines rpms drops to 0. I didnt clean the TB 2 of my friends did. Because i didnt really know how to do it. Tommorow morning I will take a video of the car when i first start it up. Do you think that will help at all so you can better determine the problem?
