I have spoken to SSR Engineering concerning prototyping of a throttle body adapter plate. If there is anyone in here who is in San Deigo CA and would like to let them take a look at your car for prototyping an adapter plate that would allow the PF throttle body to become a bolt on please contact them.

What they could make would not be any different than what StephenMax or Krixmax have already made for us. The PF TB is a just a bolt on mod.

Well i talked to SSR and i appreciate them taking an interest in the Maxima. if we could get someone for them to test fit a adapter plate on for a pathfinder throttle body that would be great, another mod that can potentially open up another 5 hp maybe.

In order to get this to work, we will need a pathfinder throttle body present.

Also it would be great if we can get some pictures of someone that has already done it.

They usually make them when requested. It's not like more than a handful of people have this mod or tons more are going to do it in the future.

Is there any benefit from the PF TB on a N/A 4th gen Maxima?

None that have been proven. Either way something tells me SSR will charge a lot for this as they'll maybe sell a few dozen of them if that.

please PM stephan max and ask him, i don;t wanna be rude but this isn't really the thread for that.this thread is to gain intrest for the SSR throttle body adapter. If you don't want it you don't have to buy it.(if the even make one ofcourse)

This was one of the last performance mods that I did, and it improved my top end dramatically. The car pulls so much harder on the highway.
