Low Idle

I adjusted the idle screw a lot of times but my idle after coming to a stop still drops to like 550 600 sometimes even lower. I did a full tune up not to long ago but what gives why is it low?

Could be you need a throttlebody cleanup. Mine would sit at 400 then creep back up to 700. I just cleaned the throttlebody and everything is back to normal.

Sometimes the IACV gets dirty - clean this out while you clean out the TB.

Why would the TB affect idle? Did you disconnect the BROWN TPS connector before adjusting idle like you're supposed to?

Would a TB that is sticking open affect idle speed? I thought it would.

Maybe I just misread but from what he was saying, it sounded like it drops intermitently to 650-700, which is normal idle. If the idle is rough and RPMs fluctate, I would say it could related to TB.

You're supposed to adjust the black screw after you remove the BROWN TPS connector??? How do you know if your TPS is good or not...?

http://home.earthlink.net/~maxfaq - look under maintenance for how to adjust the idle speed - the entire procedure is outlined there.
