Car vibrating during traffic stop

Anyone know why my car vibrates sometimes when driving for about one hour and while being stuck in traffic, I hold the brake pedal and my car seems to be vibrating, the kind of vibration that you would get when someone slightly rocking the car.

Well my steering wheel vibrates sometimes too. But my problem is that the entire car vibrates when I press the brake sometimes. Feels like someone outside the car keeps rocking it back and forth.

Yea man have your rotors resurfaced, that should get rid of the shaking during braking (unless you have some suspension piece that is somehow loose, take a look under the car just to rule that out, make sure everything is in the suspension is tight). Also if your car is vibrating in Park, it could be that your motor mounts are shot. So take a look at them to see if they have excessive play.
