need help dropping!!

What do i need to purchase to lower my max correctly besides struts and springs. Plus does anybody have a write up or how to link to help guide this install myself. I was thinking about getting KYB gr2 and h&r springs if this helps.
thanks

Dont know if its in the stickies, but get yourself some strut bearings while you are at it. These can become an annoying problem later down the road and they are relatively cheap to replace.

Get strut bearings and dust boots for the struts (not sure if your old ones are in good condition)

It'll be easy to replace since you're taking everything off anyways It's between the strut mount and the strut http://www.motorvate.ca/mvp.php/703
