Can someone tell me what this means? I forgot what it meant...

jsut ur tranny resetting itself..........well thats what i like to believe...like after u floor it on a wet parking lot and redlines 1st and 2nd then it wont shift out of 2nd so u shut the car off and it blinks

 

My car did that the day after I plugged the drop resistor back in after seeing what it was like after driving it around the block. I had a CEL for maybe 5 days while having the same thing as you mentioned, then one day they both went away... go figure lol.

 

Get it checked out asap. Its not "just resetting itself". Its indicating a problem.
