95 electrical problem-HELP!!!

One day, I go to lunch and everything is great. I get in the car at the end of the day to go home and the remote keyless entry doesn't work. I use the key in the lock and find that the following no longer work - a) electric door locks, b) electric windows, c) rear defogger, d) intermittent wipers (possibly unrelated?).

It sounds like a master fuse problem, but none show that they are melted.

Any ideas?

Check your fuses again. There are fuses inside the car and inside the engine bay. Find the fuse that should be responsible for some of those accessories and swap them out with equivalent ones and see if that works.

Does the car drive properly other than the items you mentioned in your post?

127,000 miles and the car drives great other than that! The blower motor only works on high, but that is a separate problem. I need to replace that control.

The blower problem is the resistor pack near the blower-motor itself (but it looks like you already know that).

No, actually that is news to me. I assumed I would just replace the entire 6 button control panel. That is inside the dash I assume?
